Over the past 10 years, I have seen many student-produced videos of quality ranging from the sublime to the sappy to the just plain ol’ stupid. This spring, we witnessed the mother of all student-produced videos.
In a mere 14 minutes, the sophomore class manages to parody 3 college pop culture touchstones (The Office, The Hunger Games and Korean Dramas) while offering a touching tribute to the outgoing senior class. And for a little background, “Senior Focus” is the final AAIV event of the year, where we pay tribute and say goodbye to the senior class.
If you have some time to kill and want to see get a snapshot into some current campus culture, watch and enjoy. And watch the last few minutes, the pay off is great!
